“I had never stayed in a room above a Public House but I was amazed just how good the Staff made me feel. I was escorted to a lovely clean room with excellent facilities. I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! “Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year. ”

“Wonderful house in nice surroundings with a large fenced field right next door. Friendly staff, good food and nice breakfast options. Slightly disappointing that our selected and paid for room was not bookable with our dog and we got allocated a smaller cottage room instead even though the hotel is listed as pet friendly. Classic decorations and overall well maintained. However, would not have expected plastic flowers in the conservatory.”

“It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything. The room we had was amazing it had a rustic style look ”
