The Space:
The complex is secured by electronic access gates and has ample private parking. There are two communal pools and the property is located in proximity to the beach at Alleyne’s Bay, 1 km south of Mullins and 4 km north of the amenities in Holetown.
Only three units remain available in this inviting community. Apartment 44 & 17 are breezy three-bedroom, two-bathroom first floor and ground floor units respectively. Both units offer are fully furnished and offer a beautiful Caribbean Sea view and is offered for sale fully furnished. The unit features a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private access to the patio. The open plan concept for the living areas masterfully allows the kitchen to flow into the dining area and living area before out to the patio ideal for entertaining. The patio is ideal for al fresco dining or evening cocktails while watching the magnificent sunsets.
Lantana Unit 14 is one of the few one-bedroom units at Lantana. This one-bedroom unit enjoys open living areas and sea views from its spacious patio.
Owners at Lantana also benefit from a range of services, including property management personnel overseeing the maintenance and operations of the complex. An optional rental pool enables owners to make a healthy, hassle-free return on their investment.

A 1000 USD Credit Card Charge authorisation/Security Deposit will be requested upon arrival. Applicable refunds will be credited 14 days after the departure date.
