- Check-in time is 1630 and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises.
- Small well behaved dogs are welcome at the property by prior arrangement.

-The property is to be left in a tidy state upon checkout.
-Crockery/kitchen wear to be washed and returned to the cupboards.
-All soft furnishings to be left in their original location.
-Used towels placed in the bath.
-Rubbish removed and placed in the outside bin.
-Thermostat left set to 15.
-Taps/Lights off.
-Windows closed or on vent setting.
-Front door locked and key returned to the key safe.
-Any breakages or damage should be reported as soon as possible.
