“at check in, my room was super humid and warm. the desk clerk tried her absolute best to fix the ac. moving rooms was not an obtion. i already was in the room. my shower temp was luke warm and NEVER got hotter. the fridge was not cold and NEVER got colder. the ice maker was blocked by 4 pallets of parts/fixtures/equipment for their remodel. meaning the whole hotel couldn’t utilize it. i am a diabetic and had to drive to a convenience store to handle that serious issue. to top it off,...

“Last minute find. Clean but noisy.”

“Thankfully, we were able to stay at the Holiday Inn after this hotel gave our room away. The staff told us that someone had already taken our room, even though we had a reservation. Most hotels in the area were sold out, so this created a very stressful situation during our road trip. In addition, the location felt sketchy and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling on a road trip with family.”

“Less amenities than any hotel room. No coffee pot, not any type of service ware that is usually in am extended stay property. The bathtub looked like water had backed up into it and had dirt and debris in it. Could not use the shower. ”

“The staff was excellent. Our room was lacking a trash can and a hair dryer. The bed was great ans the breakfast adequate. Note: this property has doors leading outside and not to a common hallway, if that matters to you.”

“We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room particularly we killed a roach on the TV counter and a spider was in the bed when pulling back the sheets. It may have been because the room did have a terrace (door to the balcony). I notified the staff when checking out and they were receptive of the notification and said they would get the room sprayed. The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous even with late check-in.”

“I had a nice stay for one night. Quiet and calm area and near the highway. The thing that pulls the grade down is that the sound from Doors slamming in the corridor was very loud. ”

“Rooms not serviced daily, must go get your own clean towels at the front desk. The bed mattress is cheap and VERY uncomfortable”

“Woke up to no hot water and tub clogged. Reported to staff and told it would be taken care of immediately. Came back to the room in the evening and nothing done, clog still there, room not cleaned. The girl at the desk was very nice and agreed to refund my second night stay, however, as I was checking the room for my belongings, I discovered mattress I was slept on the previous night was filthy with no mattress cover.”

“Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!”

“Clean rooms. Nice and modern place. Perfect if you're just passing by Amarillo and need a nice place to stay. But why the sliding doors to the bathroom?”
