“Some of the staff were very service-oriented. We had an issue with the coffee machine, but they replaced it quickly. The fire alarm also malfunctioned in the morning, but they promptly fixed that too when we requested it. The beds were a bit narrower than we would have preferred, and breakfast is not included. The parking is convenient but costs extra. Stamford is expensive compared to other places, so you get more for your money elsewhere, but it was safe, clean, and overall a good experience.”

“Property was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Danbury Shopping Mall and so close to freeway. Pool was lovely, although a little deep for young kiddies. Loved this hotel ”

“We stay there one night. The place is in a great location but the room had no microwave to heat up my four year old meals and the shower barely drain water. On top of that they charge you services fees. But watch out because they will try to charge you more than just the charges fees. ”
