“Wonderful hotel next to the pulsating King Street. Excellent room, great breakfast and a fantastic roof top bar. Parking available more or less in the same building as the hotel. I hope to make it back, great base for exploring Charleston, walking distance to a great deal of “must see” places.”

“We stayed four nights at Meeting Street Inn. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. Be aware that it’s an old building and it’s an inn, not a hotel. You will not find a lot of amenities here. But you get a quiet stay, in a charming, historic Charleston Single-style building at a reasonable price. Continental breakfast was included and was different each day and everything was tasty and well-prepared. A wine and cheese reception is provided every day at 5:00 PM and milk and cookies at...

“Had a great stay. Excellent location in the Historic district. My friend and I got a clean, spacious big corner room with lots of light and the Inn was homey and nicely decorated. They serve a comtinental breakfast in the room, which helped us get a good start before exploring Charleston. Every afternoon they also offered cheese and wine in their sister property in the building next door. Highly recommended!”

"Location of the hotel is great and right on the beach. However if you are looking for a good nights sleep don’t book this hotel. The walls are as thin as paper and if your neighbor is having a normal conversation it is like they are in your room, you even hear if they are watching tv. Roomservice starts knocking on the door at 8 in the morning and since it is so noisy all the rooms hear it. "
