“The room was clean the motel itself inside was clean. The staff was great to work with. The price was fair On the downside, the air conditioner system was not the best, I had it all the way down to the lowest temperature setting and was still warm in the room. They advertise a free breakfast, I think they should change that, they should advertise free coffee and a bagel... “Good hotel, but you can tell it is an old property compared to the other options at this exit. Met our needs for an overnight trip but nothing else. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else.”

“Room Review (Springfield Stay) Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty odor. I also sprayed Wizard air freshener upon entry to improve the smell. Fortunately, there is a Dollar Tree nearby, so I was able to pick up some basic essentials to make the stay more manageable. At check-in, I noticed the front door light was not working, although the other lights in the room functioned properly. “The pictures online are misleading. They show a nice clean, newer hotel and in person the hallway carpets are old and dirty and doors are broke. This hotel looks more like a old dirty place that seriously needed updated and cleaned. Also I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool and hot tub and had breakfast in the morning. When we checked in they had signs posted that the pool and hot tub was both closed. Then I was told that they wouldn't have any breakfast in the morning. He said...
