“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“I definitely come back and stay in this hotel, it has clean room and good breakfast, my only problem is the reception staff that needed training for customer service. We checked in at almost 8pm and say hello to this lady in the reception, she didn’t bother to smile and welcomed us, just said need the name and your credit card, pointing the direction and that’s it ! “No toilet paper, no maid service, elevator not working, forgot to mention parking charge. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good location. Bathroom needs update.”

“Lovely room with a great view. Staff is excellent. Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by. CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...

“Totaly amazing! If you go to Kansas you must stay at this B&B. The house was amazing, fantastic old irish style with autentic furnishing. But it was the service and the kindness from the staff thar mad my whole stay! And the breakfast!”

“We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.”
