“Clean rooms and pleasant staff!!”

“I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get. Everything else was average or poor. ”

“Very quiet and clean rooms”

“Initially We were assigned to room 206. The room was clean and nice; however, the shower stall was a disaster. We noticed and phographed black mold at the bottom of one of the walls. The next day we informed the front desk. They apologized and promptly moved us to another room- 326. Unfortunately, the shower stall in room 326 also has a black mold issue, albeit not quite as obvious as room 206. The mold is located at the bottom of the stationary panel. “Upon arrival, it was clear that some of the guests had intense issues which required management's attention (loudly and in the lobby, icyw.) The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning worked quite well. There were other conclusions drawn from the fact that there were vehicles being repaired in the parking lot and a certain person napping at various locations at the property. “Staff was nice and friendly. That's pretty much the only positive. The negatives....first there were roaches. Secondly the water went out. And then the elevator went out.”

“Clean room & close by the Air Force base! The only issue I had was rooms not being ready at 3pm; the front desk Clerk was nice but told me to return in an hour! Yo be fair, I did book using a third party app which was probably why the system didn’t show my information. ”

“Did not have listed amenities and staff laughed at me when I asked for directions to them. Non-smoking room wreaked of cigarettes and floor board was torn up. Do not stay if you value yourself as a human being because you will not be treated like one.”

“The property was clean and modern with free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24hrs. The front desk staff were polite and lovely. The room was spacious and clean with essentials and extras. Bed was so comfy! The breakfast was the a wonderful surprise; amazing quality and variety of food, clean, fresh & delicious.”

“Great stay. The hosts were very communicative and answered all questions. Everything was nicer in person and smelled really good. I have no complaints and would stay again”

“The mattress was comfortable at first to lay on but a little too firm for me to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good and enough choices. Nobody was present during checkout but hopefully we don’t get charged for anything.”
