“Upon entering after a long car journey, we were told that they didn't have the ensuite room that we had booked and then shown to a very plain, undecorated bedroom with a sink on the wall by the window. The bedroom was very dusty - I wrote in the dust with my finger. The shared bathroom across the hall was unclean.
