“Arrived at 8pm. Manager very rude, told me I had arrived way past check in time which was 3pm and I was lucky I arrived when I did as he was just going home. Also, I was too late if I wanted food. On checking my booking confirmation fro Expedia and The Spice Ship, booking in is until 9.30pm. Room was nice, bed very comfortable. Selection of teas, coffees and a hot chocolate which was nice. “Poor. Bed was not made up in room, bin full and room not ready. it was corrected and staff apologized. Rooms are hard to find and lifts are small and do not work properly! Housekeeping knocked on door early followed by maintenance which was not urgent and could have been done after checkout time. ”
