Booked a single room with a shared bathroom. Very good price and was surprised with how good the room was. All the facilities you expect of a larger room fitted perfectly into a single. Excellent views accross the seafront and the centre of town and harbour on my doorstep. I will definately book the seascape again on my next adventure into weymouth.

One night stay
Lovely location right on the sea front. Our room was at the very top, 6 flights of stairs up and I did struggle. Room was nice and clean and freshly painted. We did have a issue with the toilet flushing though . Our hosts were very nice and welcoming.

Great location on the seafront and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Owner Sean is obviously trying his hardest to provide a good service but we were surprised that the tap water in the room was not drinkable and that it was not mentioned on the website. It would be a good idea to have bottled water in the fridge. Sean was willing to provide water upon request. The cold water in the shower cut off intermittently in our room and so made showering safely a challenge. We also had a pump in our room which seemed to be activated when the shower was used in the adjacent room and so was noisy. We know upgrading is challenging in a listed building.

Great place to stay.
Traditional seaside B&B with nice room. Lovely views from bay window overlooking the Esplanade and beach. Choice of breakfasts ,all of which were nice. Sean, the owner was friendly and easy going and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Weymouth.

Seascape break
The place was well suited within easy reach of the train station, and close proximity of the harbor, shops and restaurants. Our twin bedded room which we specially selected was located on the top floor (3 flights of stairs - this should have been highlighted in the hotel/room description), so we could have then decided whether to go ahead with the booking or not. After checking in we noticed that the TV remote was not working. Had to text the owner for assistance, who kindly replaced the batteries. Breakfast was pleasant enough, but not exceptional. Juices were from concentrate - not pressed or freshly squeezed which are readily available in supermarkets today. Also there was no muesli for cereal. Difficult to maintain steady shower water temperature. Hairdryer was very sticky - had to wrap it in a towel in order to hold it !

Couldn’t fault it… great stay
Smashing stay. Sean the host was a very friendly, nice guy and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well prepared. Breakfasts were fabulous. I’ve stayed in many guest houses in Weymouth over the years, and this is one of the best. Couldn’t fault it… will definitely return.

Seascape to Weymouth
Seascape was a real escape to the sea side in Weymouth. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Delicious breakfast served in the morning with nice coffee. Sean is a very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to travellers looking for a hotel by the sea with a reasonable price.

The position of this property was excellent with front views of the beach and rear views of the harbour. It was close to everything we needed. The property itself was good and the host was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to celebrate new year. Our tip would be you need fancy dress for new year in Weymouth.

Excellent and exceeded my expectations
I was made really welcome at Seascape. The owner was really friendly and made me a cooked breakfast every morning, one of the best ones I've had in all the places I've stayed in. I had lovely views of the beach from my room which was only a short walk away from the sea and town centre. I was given a parking permit allowing me to park for free in the nearby road. I understand that this is available on a first come basis but there is plenty of parking available at the pavilion car park just a short walk away. You can leave your car there overnight for free. I would highly recommend this guest house, it’s one of the best places I've ever stayed in.

Sisters let loose ! Relaxing really ......
Love B&B, great location, clean, tidy, lovely room overlooking the beach which suprisingly, wasn't too noisy during the day & so quiet at night too. Sean & team were very welcoming and friendly, nothing too much bother. Great time there & would definately stay again & recommend!

Great location and service
We went on a couples trip and stayed here — the host in the hotel named Sean was incredibly welcoming and informative. Breakfast included and it was delicious! For a great price you get to be right by the water, in the town and overlooking the harbor. So much to love about Weymouth and this was a great stay!

Escape to SeaScape
The hotel is excellently situated with the shortest walk to the beach and centre. Well positioned and quiet at night. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is A1. Choices of breakfast very good. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Good location to town and entertainment . Breakfast good . Clean and comfortable. Would stay again . Only downside was parking . Think permits would be a good idea for the car park 🙂

Hi, thank you for your feedback, you’ve given 8/10 due to parking? Dorset council have removed scratch cards for guests parking and it does state on website no parking at hotel and limited amount of permits, which is Dorset council policy and out of my control. Excellent
Lovely B&B. The location was excellent, right by the main promenade, and a 1 minute walk from the beach and the harbour. The B&B was very quiet during the day and night. The food was amazing. You could choose from several options and the portions were really big. The only caveat was that there were no vegan options, which could be a problem for some. The B&B was very clean and well looked after. The decor was very cosy and themed to fit the location.

In regards to vegan option on menu, I am able to make reasonable adjustments to the food provided, at bottom of menu it’s says to let me know about dietary needs. What a lovely time I had in Weymouth Dorset...
My stay at Seascape was lovely. Sean cares about his guests. He was attentive but not intrusive. The room I had was very nicely decorated and the seaview was amazing of Weymouth seafront. The breakfast was cooked well especially the poached eggs. I found the Seascape perfect for all the amenities I required such as the closeness to the centre of Weymouth and travelling around. The journey to Bridport is well worth a try on the Coaster bus this is a journey worth doing..

Hotel stay
A lovely clean fresh, nautical room with clean en suite. The worst things were the room was upstairs, quite a lot of staIrs actually and there was a box in the bedroom that gave us a.rude awakening early in the morning. It turned out to be when someone had a shower the fan was in our room. We think these things should have been mentioned on the app or when we booked as we are both in our 60s and one has ill health. Nice breakfast was served in 2 sittings. The Hotelier Sean was very pleasant and welcoming. We would recommend it despite the above mentioned minor problems
