Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the apartment.



Self check-in is available via secure lockbox access located outside the apartment entrance. You will receive full check-in instructions prior to arrival



Other Things to Note:

House Rules

•⁠ ⁠Quiet hours after 11PM

•⁠ ⁠No smoking inside the property

•⁠ ⁠Pets allowed with prior approval

Additional Stay Information



Stays Over 10 Nights

For longer stays, additional housekeeping may be required to maintain the apartment to our standards. This service may incur an additional fee where applicable.

Online Check-In Required

To confirm your reservation, the lead guest may be required to complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our terms and conditions, and provide valid photo identification.





•⁠ Deposit or Damage Waiver



For certain bookings we may require either:



•⁠ ⁠A refundable security deposit (£150–£500 depending on property size), or

•⁠ ⁠A non-refundable damage waiver (£40–£150 depending on length of stay).



This helps protect the property while ensuring guests can enjoy their stay comfortably.





Check-In / Check-Out Policy



•⁠ ⁠Standard Check-in: After 3PM

•⁠ ⁠Standard Check-out: Before 11AM



Early check-in may be available subject to availability:

£30 per/ hour, £50 two hours, before the standard check-in time.



Late check-out may be available subject to availability:

£30 per /hour, £50 two hours after 11AM.





•⁠ ⁠Strictly no smoking inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will apply to cover specialist cleaning and damages.



•⁠ ⁠No excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Any disturbance to neighbours may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

All communication is handled through the booking platform you used to reserve the property, ensuring quick and secure support whenever you need it.
