âThis hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite...

âAll went well, the breakfast was very good, the room was just what we needed. If there was one thing that didnât go well, it was the excessive noise and banging going on in the room directly above us on the 4th floor, making it hard to go to sleep. But this was not the hotelâs fault. I would stay here again. â

âOverall hotel was okay. I would stay their again if I was in NM again. Location wasn't horrible, did see a lot of homeless not to far away but cant put that on the hotel due to it seemed like Albuquerque was full of homeless no matter where we went. It was close to a lot shopping stores, the mall, and restaurants. Apple bees being next door is truly convenient and nice. Was impressed with breakfast, did have a lot of options. The pool was nice, some wear and tear but overall nice experience....
