Hotell i Wharton

“Jättefint rum. God mat! Personalen är enastående vänliga och omtänksamma. Närheten till Yorkshire dales är suverän. Kan verkligen rekommendera det här hotellet. ”

“This is a place that has been designed to make you feel at home. The rooms are tastefully decorated with colorful fabrics and interesting decorations. The pub is dog and human friendly and is a popular spot for locals. Jack, the Bernese Mountain dog is regularly present as he belongs to Kenny, one of the owners. “Staff were very friendly and helpful, comfy bed, lovely hot powerful shower! Great food and beer, really enjoyed my stay!”

“We just loved our stay here at Augill Castle. It was like being in a movie. Quirky and charming, beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed wine in the sitting room, a lovely dinner and breakfast. Our room was so beautiful, a very comfortable bed, and the hosts and staff were all so lovely. A very memorable stay!”

“Food was exceptionally good with great choice. Staff pleasant and helpful.”

“The location is a perfect ten, but the staff was far from good. First of all, it took us 1.5 hours to check in, and we didn’t sense any effort to speed up the process. There was a complete lack of willingness from the staff to make our experience enjoyable. Our room was also dirty, which unfortunately aligned with the poor check-in experience. The Tan Hill has the potential to be amazing. It has everything going for it—except the staff, who failed to make our stay pleasant.”

“We were walking the Pennine Way and stopped off at Bongate House after reaching Dufton and after walking/backpacking for most of the day. We had a very friendly welcome from Ann who on arrival looked after our every need. Breakfast was ample and tasty. The property suited our needs perfectly. Thank you Ann!”

“Lovely house with fab view of the Eden Valley.”

“Lovely hotel in the heart of Kirkby Stephen. No breakfast, but could be arranged albeit for an extra fee, and a bit too late for walkers. Comfortable bed and bedding. TV and wifi worked well.”

“Rekommenderas varmt. ”
