“We were greeted upon arrival by a very helpful man at the check in desk. He recommended several restaurants and things to see in the area. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds comfy. We very much enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning.”

The house is an amazing building and learning about its history was wonderful. We walked into the tiny town and got some dinner, lovely options available. We can not wait to visit again and will be recommending anyone travelling around this area should certainly book a stay.”
“We were welcomed warmly by Steve and Joan, plus their pup Lucy. It’s a very old structure with all the charm and intricacies those bring, but we found it rustic, historical and full of old world charm. The breakfast was exceptional, fruit cup, mango scones, and baked egg and zucchini. A lot of thought and care went into that breakfast, it was not a quick and easy meal to check the breakfast box. We will think of Centennial House first when planning future visits to Western Massachusetts. ”
“Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield...
