“I had a great stay”

“The facilities in the room are top notch. Great services rendered by the staff. Nice and cool atmosphere. ”

“+ Very nice and service-minded staff att all facilities. + Good breakfast + Shuttle to/from airport - Very bad and unstable WiFi (seen complains about this from long time back and can't rellay understand why they don't just fix it knowing how central this is for business-travellers these days). Had to sit as close as possible to the window to get a good signal but the wifi sometimes just dropped anyway for no reason. - Although the breakfast was good I really miss my espresso in the morning but...

“The room was good, broken toilet seat lack of soap, toilet paper, cloth rack. But otherwise it was good and top roof pool was very nice. ”

“clean and perfect condition”

“They have very specious rooms but the bathroom is very old and needs renovations. Aside that everything was okay. Will love to be there again.”

“Every thing about this hotel too to bottom was great. The pool. The bar. The staff. The room. The food. The security. All excellent. A bit far for Osu and major attractions but good otherwise.”

“Clean room with a spacious bathroom. Professional staff who were very helpful and supportive. Will stay again!”

“I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes...

“Very friendly and helpful staff. ”

“I seriously need a refund or a discount. It took 2 hours to check in due to the poor communication between the property management and the entity who runs the hotel operations. It's totally not worth the money. The worst thing is that nobody officially apologised about the situation up until now. My request has been ignored all along. Never recommend to anyone and I seriously think hotels.com should be responsible for the service quality filtering and take down the listing of this property. The...
