“The front desk clerk was super friendly. Room basic, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast did not have hot food but what they had was good quality - hard boiled eggs, yogurt with toppings, and good bagels and pastries.”

“Room was clean, plenty of room to move around, a little mini kitchen with all you would need and refrigerator. There also was a movable table/desk you could use for eating or working.”

“We got to the hotel and there was no one at the desk. We waited 20 minutes along side 4 other families waiting to check in. The phones were ringing off the hook getting no answer. When the woman finally did return she was short and rude and never even try to apologize to anyone for their wait. We get to the room and there were only 2 little towels. When I asked for more we got attitude and eye rolling. And the whole place smelled like weed. Will not be returning.”

“I thought this was free breakfast. While the room was nice, the shower head is outdated and no water pressure at all. What usually takes 15 minutes to shower including giving time for conditioner to do its job, took me 40 minutes because of poor/ lack or water pressure. Not Good when and if you are on time crunch or even at regular pace. The room can also use some pamphlets on what guest can do in cleveland downtown or around the area of hotel, including resteraunt. It's on 3rd party website...

“Spacious clean room that felt very updated. Front desk staff was very welcoming. But only one elevator was working for a six story hotel and its floor was often wet from kids using the pool. But my chief complaint was breakfast. It runs until 10:00 and we showed up at 9:30 and so much food was already gone. No fruit whatsoever. Practically out of waffle batter. Out of oatmeal and hard boil eggs as well as Greek yogurt. Hot breakfast was very good but no fruit?!”

“I love the Aloft/Marriott brand. My dog & I felt like we were right at home. I have zero complaints.”

“The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do.”

“Wifi was useless. It would come off and on. And breakfast was very spartan; never seen use a bare selection before at a Hilton property.”

“The parking lot house several abandoned cars. The elevator last inspection expired 8/20/2022. The building smelled of marijuana . The breakfast counter area was dirty, along with the hallways. The pool was not cleaned or available for use. They had a handwritten note on the pool door stating, “Closed No Chemicals “. I would not recommend having them on our travel site and I hate that I booked it from the pictures that Expedia shared and their pool. When we go to the Cleveland area we enjoy...
