The Space:

Morning light filters through tall windows as snow-dusted evergreens frame the mountains beyond. You wake to quiet alpine stillness, the warmth of the fireplace nearby, and the promise of a winter day shaped by crisp air and open slopes. As evening settles in, the glow from the fire draws everyone together after time spent outdoors in Whistler’s mountain terrain.



Set high above the valley in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this ski-access home offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by forest and mountain scenery. Expansive windows and a soaring cathedral ceiling connect the interior to its natural setting, creating a comfortable place to gather throughout the winter season.



Sleeping arrangements

The home includes seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. The remaining bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom and TV. A seventh bedroom offers a single bed and crib, with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower combo.



Living areas

The open main level brings everyone together around a central fireplace and comfortable seating area. A dining table seats ten for shared meals, while the kitchen provides ample space for preparing them. Designed for group stays, the layout allows you to move easily between cooking, dining, and relaxing, all while staying connected to the surrounding mountain setting.



Entertainment & recreation

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the media room with a fireplace, TV, and table tennis table. The on-site gym offers space for workouts between ski days. Outside, the covered lower deck invites you to soak in the hot tub or gather around the outdoor firepit as snow falls quietly through the trees.



Outdoor living

Multiple decks extend the living space into the alpine surroundings. The main deck includes outdoor seating and a BBQ, while the forested setting provides privacy and a sense of calm throughout the winter months.



Neighborhood

Kadenwood sits approximately 1,000 feet above Creekside Village and offers access via a private gondola ride. Ski access is available seasonally, with ski-out access located nearby and trails connecting to Whistler Mountain when snow conditions allow.



This home offers space, warmth, and a relaxed setting for winter stays in Whistler, whether you’re returning from the slopes or enjoying a quiet evening by the fire.



Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
