Nestled in Whistler’s prestigious Kadenwood neighborhood, this ski-in ski-out home sits high above the valley floor, surrounded by evergreens and panoramic mountain views. Inside, expansive windows and a soaring cathedral ceiling connect you to the outdoors, creating a tranquil retreat for friends and family.
Sleeping arrangements
The home features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites each offer a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. The additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom provides a single bed, crib, and ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo. Every room offers a restful space to unwind after a day on the slopes.
Living areas
The open-plan main level brings warmth and gathering together. A spacious lounge centers around a fireplace and comfortable sofa, while the dining table seats ten for shared meals. The adjoining gourmet kitchen features Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for four. Large windows frame views of Whistler’s peaks, and the double-height ceiling fills the room with natural light.
Entertainment & recreation
After skiing, relax in the media room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, fireplace, and table tennis table, or enjoy the well-equipped gym with a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells. The covered lower deck invites you to sink into the six-person hot tub, warm up by the outdoor firepit, or watch a favorite show on the mounted TV.

Perched 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, Kadenwood offers a rare mix of seclusion and accessibility. Guests can reach the shops, restaurants, and slopes via the private gondola—a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base. Ski-out access lies just 200 meters away, with nearby trails linking directly to Whistler Mountain’s runs.

Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
