Living space

The open-concept main level brings everyone together beneath soaring ceilings and the glow of the indoor fireplace. A comfortable seating area centers around the TV, creating an inviting spot to unwind. Central heating and air conditioning maintain comfort year-round, and portable fans are available. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance downtime with productivity. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you are fueling up before the mountain or enjoying a relaxed dinner in. Stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and thoughtful layout make cooking easy. Gather around the dining table to share stories from the day before heading back out into the winter air or settling in for the evening.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and dual showerheads. A second bedroom also offers a king bed and TV, with access to a shared bathroom that includes a deep soaking tub and overhead shower. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, a desk area, and direct access to its own private deck. A third full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is located on the main floor. Bathroom essentials are provided for your stay.



Outdoor living

Even in the colder months, the private patio invites you outside. Soak in the hot tub beneath snowy skies or fire up the BBQ grill for a winter cookout. Outdoor furniture offers a place to take in the mountain setting, and the third bedroom’s private deck provides an additional outdoor retreat.



Parking & access

A free parking garage on premises accommodates one vehicle and includes a 40 amp EV charger, with additional driveway parking available. The home has a private entrance and offers self check-in with a smart lock. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed provide added flexibility.

Shuttle options are close by - a paid stop just two minutes away and a free service about eight minutes on foot - making access to the slopes simple throughout the winter season.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
