Egendomsbeskrivning
Välkommen till Whistler Resort, världsberömd och hemma för Vinter OS 2010. Klassificerad av Ski Magazine som nummer 1 destination för skidåkning och mountainbike, samt många andra utomhusaktiviteter, bjuder vi på att komma och njuta.
Vår varma och mysiga hörn, på marknivå i Wildwood Lodge, ligger vid basen av Blackcomb Mountain. Denna plats ger enkel åtkomst till alla sommar- och vinteraktiviteter.
Vår 2 sovrum / 2 badrum enhet är fräsch och inbjudande, har just avslutat professionellt utformade renoveringar. Alla skåp och lådor är självslutande i köket och badrummen. Köket är fullt utrustat, bland annat en långsam spis, popcorn maker, pizzabryggor, etc. för att ge dig ett urval av enkla måltider och matlagningsapparater. Dessutom har enheten uppvärmda golv, öppen spis, en Hi-def Smart-TV och gratis trådlöst höghastighetsinternet.
En privat och rymlig uteplats utanför vardagsrummet ger ett sommargrönt utrymme för middag och ett område för barn att leka. På vintern blir det ett barns lekland. En elektrisk grill serveras året runt och en matsal på sommaren.
Wildwood Lodge har en stor uppvärmd pool (säsongsbetonad) och det största bubbelbadet på året runt Benchlands. Gratis underjordisk parkering finns, såväl som låst förvaring för skidor och cyklar.
Den kostnadsfria busshållplatsen ligger utanför huvudentrén, och bussen tar dig till basen av både berg, byn och Lost Lake på sommaren. Dalen spår körs bakom enheten som ger enkel åtkomst för promenader och cykling, och skid-in / ski-out leden är åtkomliga över vägen från lodgen. The condo är en tio minuters promenad till affärer, restauranger och nöjen, liksom till Lost Lake.
Vårt mål är att maximera din semester till Whistler för att göra den till en av de mest minnesvärda helgdagarna någonsin !!

Upper Village Condo

September trip to check out the sites. Short walk to the Gondola for alpine hiking and sightseeing and the SLCC indigenous cultural centre. The complex is older and a bit dated but we’ve stayed in this complex before and love the location and bike storage. This unit has a large south east facing outdoor patio with electric grill.

Great location, quiet unit

Unit is at the end of a long corridor which makes it quiet. There is an odd ramp and 3 stairs up to get there from the main entry, which is hard with the luggage racks provided by the building. Hot tub is nice and is under cover. Parking spots are very tight. Bottom of the bunk beds is not very comfortable for adults, kitchen is well stocked with a few spices, salt and pepper, coffee and tea, ice in the freezer. Great for ski in and out although the trails for us were very icy with cold temps and no new snow.

Incredible condo

The pictures don't do the condo justice. This is one of the best ski condos we've ever stayed in within this price range, and I've stayed in many! The cleaning was immaculate. All furniture and fixing were in perfect condition. The extra books/games/dvds were all in good condition and very appreciated. The condo is more spacious than it looks in pictures. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with so many extras. The heated floors are wonderful on your toes. Being on the first floor was great -- we could ski to the door and had access to the outside easily. Very, very appreciated. Don't hesitate on this one!

WILDWOOD REVIEW UNIT 113

We have stayed in many condos over the years and unit 113 was the best so far. Great ground floor corner unit with a larger than normal patio made sitting outside very nice since it could accommodate a table and 4 chairs and have room for a bbq . Inside it was nicely updated and appointed with all the kitchen utensil and small appliance essentials which were of good quality. Lots of towels and hooks and storage. Garage parking a little tight but not uncommon and convenient bike storage room . Hot tub and pool also very nice and convenient to where unit was in the building. If they opportunity comes up again we will be staying again !

Whistle family vacation

The property was perfect for 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen amenities were good. The hottub in the building was fun. It was an easy walk to get on the gondola and to get into the village.

Wildwood lodge experience.

We had a wonderful time for our family weeklong ski trip. My family have wonderful memories of Blackcomb thanks to the condo. The condo was clean, comfy, and spacious. We had all the cooking/dining utensils we needed to have a casual meals. We were slightly disappointed that the washer dryer was a communal coin-operated one. That was my fault for not querying about it sooner. There is a trail that can be skied toward the Blackcomb gondola, however the trail for skiing back to the condo was icy and narrow for my novice skiing 7yr old. The walk back was pleasant anyway - even on ski boots. our two year old enjoyed walking the trail. Transportation to the rest of Whistler could also be acquired with the free bus, but the one busy morning holiday the bus was full and skipped the stop. The location does require some driving to get groceries Or going to the village, if you don’t want to take the bus.

Comfortable and Cosy

The unit was well equipped and very clean. The rooms were comfortable and just the right size for a family of 4. Location was excellent, the bus stops right at the door and ski in and out is good depending on the snow. It is just a short pleasant walk to the upper village. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a ski holiday!

We really enjoyed our ski vacation. The location was very convenient to access the Blackcomb Gondola. The shuttle to Whistler Village stops right outside the Lodge, or it is an easy 15-minute walk. Communications from the owner were timely and straightforward. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely go back.

Nice ground floor patio

We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely clean condo. Loved the corner ground floor patio with green space around it. Nice to not be cramped on a little balcony. Great to have a BBQ too. There was a problem with the box spring in the master bedroom, which to our pleasant surprise was replaced the same day we called the owner. Now that's caring service! The only thing I would have liked was to have a recycling bin in the condo and info on what to recycle and where to dispose of it. Thank you again for a great stay.

Great Rental for Spring Long Weekend (4.5 out of 5)

We enjoyed our three night stay over the May long weekend while we attended a wedding in Whistler. We picked this location because the wedding was at the Four Seasons Resort in the Upper Village. You cannot get much closer to the upper village resorts and amenities, and enjoyed the quick access to the trails around Lost Lake. This is a great spot for all 4 seasons and I could really see how nice this condo would be in the winter for ski-in / ski-out access. The condo felt a bit small for a family of 4 with two teens, but we managed. Some of the interior decor, furniture, etc... is starting to show wear, but being in a rental pool that’s not surprising nor unexpected. The common areas felt similar ... starting to show it’s age. Kitchen was well stocked. A Keurig machine to replace the old-style coffee maker would be a nice addition. Pool towels were not provided so remember to pack your own if you plan on using the hot tub and pool, which were great. Overall, I’d give this a 4.5 out of 5!!

Comfortable and convenient condo

This was a terrific place to stay. The condo has all the amenities with a well-equipped kitchen, onsite laundry in the building and a hot tub. We appreciated the indoor parking and the convenient bus stop out front where we could catch the free shuttle to the ski lifts or Whistler Village. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great apartment in great location.

Great 2 bedroom apartment; very clean, very spacious. Heating was good, we loved heated floors in the kitchen and both of the bathrooms. Well equipped. Great location with easy ski in/out or short walk to the Blackcomb Gondola.

Best Ski Trip Ever!

The condo was excellent. Very clean, warm, and inviting. The owner’s instructions were clear and easy to understand and follow. The fire place was great too. All the kitchen dishware, silverware and cooking utensils you need. We were lucky to have plenty of snow in mid December and were able to ski in and out each day which made the stay even more enjoyable. Watching the snow fall from the living room with the fire going and watching a great selection of TV channels made the evenings a treat. I would definitely stay here again.
