“The property needs some attention. The common areas are dirty and smell bad. The room didn't smell bad, but it was dirty; there was chewing gum on the floor, and the air conditioner was dirty, old, and neglected.”

“I believe the two people in the front was new to the job both friendly and professional but the checking took 10 minutes and I didn’t know why??? Second the internet was horrible and because off that I lost seeing the Knicks game!”

“I was disappointed that your chain doesn't have irons available for hotel guests. And, I reserved connecting rooms, however, that wasn't available when my party checked in.”

“The rooms were huge and clean! The pool and outdoor area were awesome. The staff were very friendily and helpful. Only things I would change would be to get a second toaster and pancakes or waffles for breakfast, but that is just being nit picky. Would def stay here again!”

“front desk charged an additional $100 fee without notifying us for a pet fee, even though it was a service animal. Upon requesting a removal of the fee they said they needed management approval but did not return calls to apprise us - as they said they would do.”

“The elevator was suspect thought you wouldn’t make it out alive. The included breakfast was not what it was before years ago when I stayed. But overall the staff was friendly and the place smelled amazing”

“The location was a perfect stop over for our 2 day journey. Room was nice, included a little kitchenette . Clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was too soft for my taste, but still enjoyed the sleepover.”
