Most guests will find a personal vehicle essential. The home is close to PA Routes 903 and 940, giving quick access to ski resorts, shopping outlets, casinos, and state parks. Free street parking is available, making it convenient to come and go as you please.



🚌 Limited Public Transit

While the Monroe County Transit Authority does run local bus routes, service in Lake Harmony is sparse and better suited for regional travel. Schedules are limited, especially on weekends, so plan ahead if relying on public transportation.



🚐 Shuttle & Local Services

Lake Harmony has local shuttle services that cater to nearby destinations, including ski resorts, dining, and events. These are ideal for groups or anyone wanting to avoid night driving.



🚕 Taxis & Rideshare

Uber and Lyft are available but limited - especially during off-peak hours or in winter. Local taxi services are a more reliable option for short-distance rides within the Lake Harmony area.

Other Things to Note:

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.



▶ This townhouse is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the townhouse. However, smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts and do not leave any smoking-related waste behind.

If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the townhouse is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ TRASH: Trash must be placed in plastic bags and put in the trash container located in the storage closet on the front porch. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday mornings — please ensure bags are sealed and disposed of in time for collection.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
