Tucked into the wooded hills of the Poconos, Grand Timber is the kind of place where a group getaway becomes a full-on event. With multiple living spaces, two dedicated game rooms, and a backyard built for play, it brings adventure and downtime together under one roof for friends and family of all ages.

Step inside and the open living area pulls everyone together, blending cozy cabin warmth with an elevated, modern design. A majestic stone fireplace anchors the room—the perfect backdrop for a movie night and easy evenings in. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to cook on a crowd-sized scale, with high-end appliances and a generous island. Between the barstool seating and a dining table for 12, there's room for everyone to gather.

Grand Timber's two game rooms take indoor entertainment to another level. In the first, challenge each other to pool, shuffleboard, arcade hockey, or poker—or test your grip on the rock-climbing wall, all with a big-screen TV running in the background. The second room ups the ante with a golf driving range, basketball shootout, and arcade games, plus plenty of seating to sit back and cheer on the action.

The indoor pool room is a true showstopper. Kids can splash away in the pool, gated for added safety, while everyone else relaxes in the adjacent lounge or gathers around the wet bar. Rain or shine, it's hours of fun for the whole crew.

Nearby Lake Harmony serves up kayaking, fishing, canoeing, and swimming through the warmer months, while winter brings skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing to Big Boulder just up the road. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
