“We arrived in town around noon and were hoping we could check-in early. The lady behind the desk was happy to help & she did! Very clean hotel and room. We go to Pinetop every year and will return to this hotel every time moving forward.”

“Very charming lobby/common area/breakfast room. Our room was supernice as well with very comfy beds and big bathroom. Next to the hotel is a great Mexican grill restaurant - so nice to not have to drive anywhere for dinner. When we checked in they did not tell us breakfast ends at 9:30 so we almost missed breakfast. Wish they would let breakfast go on until at least 10:30 (it's just a buffet - very generous one at that - so we don't understand why not let it stay open a little longer).”

“The only negative thing I have to say about this nice little hotel is that the toilets are way too small and low. My poor old knees had a hard time raising my body from that close to the floor, and don’t get me started with the lack of distance between the water level and my butt.”
