“We had booked a handicap room and when we got there, we were informed it was out of order. It would have been nice to get a text or email ahead of time. The receptionist was helpful, offering to refund without charge or upgrade. Since we could not find another close hotel with a handicap access room, we chose to stay. “Travelled with a family member and was very happy to find a place near to other family who live in the area. Hotel is clean, bright, modernized. They are about to open a full kitchen adjacent to the very acceptable continental breakfast area which is presently available. Only issue is the creaky floors but they are not more than a bit of a distraction.”
