“Place was clean, easy to park, manager went out of his way to help us as we arrived very late. Definitely would do it again and stay longer. ”

“Mycket trevligt familjärt lite mindre hotell. Ägaren är väldigt social och pratar med allt och alla, han vill att alla skall känna sig som hemma. Finns även Boulebanor på bottenvåningen om man skulle känna sig sugen på att spela. Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till allt, restauranger, shopping och pendeltåg. Enda negativa är matoset i samband med köket och frukosttummet.”

“We had the most wonderful stay at Blackwell House in Scarva! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with every little detail thought of to make guests feel at home. The food was incredible (and plentiful!) and the rooms were spotless, cosy, and luxurious all at once. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly switch off and relax, and yet still feel utterly spoiled....

“My wife and I had a quick 2 nights stay and John made us very welcome. His breakfasts were great. Would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“It was very cold and our room had no heating, they did supply us with a heater which promptly broke down, they did very kindly offer us dinner on the house, which we accepted. The hotel itself is a little tired and although it has been partially upgraded it still needs a lot of refurbishing to bring it up to an acceptable standard.”

“Really peaceful place to stay, there was everything we needed in the cottage, i had to ring the host as tv wasnt working for us and the host arrived in about 10 mins to sort out. Weather wasnt the best when we where there, so it was nice and cosy staying in. I would recommend this cottage as we where very comfortable there ”

We would have loved to stay longer but we had other plans. Absolutely recommend this beautiful accommodation. It was a highlight of our UK trip. ”
