Black Bear Cottage - Nära West Glacier Park

Inbäddat i skogen av Martin City, Montana bara 9 miles från ingången till West Glacier National Park! Denna fastighet ligger på 40 hektar privat mark och erbjuder privatliv och tyst bort från trafiken. Det stora sovrummet erbjuder en anmärkningsvärd split king-justerbar säng med Posturepedic madrass. Ena sidan ger en fast madrass, den andra sidan ger en mjuk madrass. Både huvud och fötter är justerbara! Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med en mellanskydd madrass. Köket är fullt utrustat och leder till en bakdäck för att njuta av måltider ute.
Om du har fler än 4 personer, erbjuder vi också en 10x10 gräsetältplats precis bredvid stugan för en extra avgift på $ 15 per person och natt. För att förbättra dina äventyr erbjuder vi kajakuthyrning och en avkopplande privat flodflodtur kan ordnas! My husband, sister in law, cousin and myself stayed at the cabin. I wish I could give them a score higher than a 5. The cabin was immaculate and decorated so cute. Everything we needed was right there, including walking sticks! The location was great- grocery store close and close to the west entrance of Glacier Park. We loved grilling out on the patio and enjoyed our morning breakfast out there too. The directions were perfect and we had no problems finding the cabin. We will definitely come back .

Perfect location, clean and cute cabin with everything you need. I would suggest a better bed for the bunkbed room. The mattress was flat and hard. It would be ok for kids but tough if you have more than 4 adults. Thanks for the great stay

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is in close distance to the West Glacier entrance, restaurants, and shopping. Great communication with Duane and since the cabin was ready, he was flexible in letting us arrive a little early with our newborn we were traveling with. The cabin is so clean and has everything you would need. Also comfy pillows and bed which I appreciate! Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Cabin in the Woods

We were completely charmed by this cabin. The layout, the finishes, the back deck, everything about it was lovely. It’s just a few minutes off the road but the feel is very secluded. We enjoyed dinner on the deck and around the big island, and just relaxing in the living room in the evenings. We played Wii a couple of nights too! It’s so spacious, we all had enough room for ourselves and our stuff. It was extremely clean and bright which we all enjoyed. Thank you!

Perfection!

We loved our stay at Bear Cabin. It was exactly as advertised and comfortable for our entire family ranging from 12 to 79. It was sparkling clean and well appointed. It was close to the park as well as other outdoor adventures. Every VRBO should be exactly like this! The only thing I would have enjoyed as a senior in the cool evenings was an afghan to throw over my legs. The owners made sure we had extra lanterns when the electricity went out briefly due to a storm, although there were already a couple in the closet. We would have brought bathing suits if we had realized there was available use of the pool on the owners' campground. Perfect stay in an ideal location. Five stars.

Great

We went over the summer as per what locals said was the warmest week yet, we live in Florida so hot weather doesn’t really bother us. The cabin doesn’t have AC but in our opinion it doesn’t need it, the fans did just fine. I didn’t have any specific communication with the host other than the one preset in the app and the print out with welcome information in the cabin. The communication was so complete we didn’t require anything else from them. The cabin is clean, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and more. Although is called black bear cabin the coast was clear, no bear bothered us we were perfectly safe.

BEWARE: property listing is not accurate

This is the first negative review I have given after many years of using VRBO. Property description on the page was not accurate. Based on the road I physically could not access the property. This was discovered prior to the actual date of the stay. The owner agreed to refund, I called to process the refund and then was told the owner did not agree. I paid more that $1,000 for two nights that I was not able to access. VRBO is telling me the owner has to pay me, the owner is ignoring. Just Beware.

AWESOME Stay at Black Bear Cabin!

My husband, are two teenage boys, and my parents stayed for seven days at Black Bear cabin! The cabin itself is perfect for our needs, the hosts Duane and Donna were so friendly and helpful during our stay, and it is so close to Glacier National Park we visited there four times-yet-still, it remained a quiet, secluded, relaxing place to stay as well Cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Glacier Park visit

Absolutely loved staying at the black bear cabin! Perfect location for a few day trips into glacier national Park. Cabin was perfect for making breakfast in the morning and coming back to rest in the evening. Very clean and comfortable. I admit I was worried about not having central air with daytime highs in the 80s but we had no issues with the temperature overnight and never used the kitchen window unit. Would definitely recommended black bear cabin to others!

Fantastic place near Glacier NP

This cabin was wonderful. The location was great, in the woods, but not too remote. Only 10 minutes to Glacier NP and 5 minutes to the city of Hungry Horse. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were great for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. The deck with the view of trees was beautiful; we sat outside several evenings. When I had questions, the host was quick to respond and answer any question I had. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Absolutely loved our stay at Black Bear Cabin! It is accessible to everything you need in a short drive. The cabin is nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and the hosts provide lots of sweet details and amenities, including laundry detergent, which was well appreciated after hiking in the hot sun for a days! The outdoor furniture was comfortable for enjoying coffee and reading in the early morning. The home feels spacious and just wonderful for a family or friends to share. And the hosts were super responsive to our questions. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect getaway
