The home was nicely appointed with a nice view of Whitefish Lake. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of street noise from the highway down below. We did have an issue with a lack of hot water for two days which was a problem. After contacting the host the hot water tank temperature was adjusted after the second day.

The condo was clean and well appointed. The carpet in the hallways is heavily stained and the water heater is small. There was a smell when we arrived which is probably attributed to the carpet? Not sure and we really did not smell it regularly- just each time we arrived back in. With respect to the hot water, at first we thought there was an issue with temperature control for children but a technician arrived and shared that it was a small water heater which in their estimation provided only enough hot water for 1 long shower or 2 short showers. Definitely not enough to even fill the bathtub a quarter full. We selected the property as I needed a bath (eye injury related) and was disappointed that the bath - though beautiful to look at- was not useable for true bathing purposes. We shared this information with Natural Retreats and they apologized and said they would share the information with the property owner.
