Guys Weekend
The house was great and had a ton to do! Which was awesome for us because it rained while we were there. The foosball, ping pong and air hockey tables provided a ton of entertainment.

Amazing
This property was amazing. We had a large family get together that included multiple adults and children of various ages, and the space was absolutely perfect. It would be almost impossible to beat the view from the back porch of the river. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this house.

Beautiful home - great for large groups!
We loved this property, the views, and the privacy. We very comfortably fit a group of 12, but could have easily fit more. My only complaint is communication with guests could be improved. The owner does not specifically provide any instructions on how to operate the hot tub in advance, even though this could easily be put in the welcome email or on-property binder. After many attempts to reach the owner, it took until our last day for the hot tub to be operational, as maintenance was sent hours before we left. Like many, I always filter on properties with hot tubs, so this was disappointing.

A spacious house in a quiet spot with a great view
The place was lovely. The only issue we had was that there were no printed instructions for how to operate the jacuzzi and such, and it took the host hours to respond to questions.

Wonderful House
Wonderful home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything was very clean and organized. Bathrooms stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash, as well as toilet paper and clean towels. Hope to be back next year

beautiful house
we were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed with friends and family, the house was beautiful and met our needs. The communication was excellent and we would recomend this home.

Family get together
We were a group of 10 with ages from 83-22. The house suited us perfectly. With stunning views and all our basic needs met, this beautiful house provided us with everything we needed.

Weekend Getaway
Rented for a low-key weekend with some friends. Very private location with great views of the river. Overall a very nice house and excellent communication with the host/manager when we had questions.

Amazing stay and beautiful house!
This house was really beautiful, clean, big, comfortable beds, quiet location and we will definitely be back! The view was stunning and so calming overlooking the water! Communication was quick and we enjoyed the hot tub! This was a perfect house and cant wait to come back!!!

Beautiful home, Very Clean
My husband and I rented the home for us, our adult children and our grandchildren for an out of town wedding. It's a beautiful, newish home with a perfect layout for several families vacationing together. All the bedrooms are not in one place with everyone on top of each other; the house layout creates privacy for different families and several gathering spaces. The kitchen is large and well stocked and the bathrooms have plenty of clean white towels. The only thing we were not aware of, and we should have realized, is the house sits way back off the main road. It's a beautiful location on the river but the access road is a long gravel driveway. It's scenic and private, we just wouldn't have taken the Maserati, lol! SUV is best! But we loved our stay and we would like to go back when we have more time to explore the area. There's a lot of hiking and fun River activities available very close by (fishing and rafting). Hint to Owner: It would be awesome if a path were cleared to be able to access the river from the property!!

Relaxing getaway
My family and I stayed at this beautiful home on the river for a long weekend. The house was large and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom towels were that of a 5 star hotel. The views of the river were breath taking. The furniture all new, and comfortable, made for a nice relaxing weekend. And our favorite- the awesome hot tub! We truly enjoyed this stay.

Good place for families
We stayed at River Haven with our family. The home was very clean and comfortable with a lot of space for everyone. It was great for kids since there are bunk beds and even has 2 high chairs. The house is beautiful and is in a very quiet and private location. It has a great view of the river which makes sitting on the large deck great. The property manager was also very quick to respond when we had questions.
