Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear about the poor lighting in your room and the uncomfortable bed. We found that one of the light bulbs had out, so we replace it and we have replace the uncomfortable bed with a different one.No matter where you go, it is dangerous to leave your belongings outside without taking them inside especially at night. Even though we have cameras around in our building, there is always a risk, but unfortunately the risk is your own.Once again, thank you for your review and stayed with us, we hope to do better in the future.
