Sunny Serenity is exactly that! Nestled in the heart of Whitianga this warm and inviting holiday home is set in a quiet cul de sac close to town and a short drive to the beach.
The modern home has 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds a bunk room with a roll-away bed suitable for children only, and one large bathroom and an ensuite off the master bedroom. The kitchen has all the mod cons with gas cooking and dishwasher. The large sunny open plan living and dining area is comfortable and light with a swing chair in the sunniest corner of the lounge, a good place for reading or snoozing. It's your holiday it's up to you!  There is also a smart TV and a heat pump. The area opens onto a generous deck where you can enjoy a coffee and chill and watch the kids play on the lawn. Small dogs are allowed by request only and for a small fee. Please respect the home and clean up after your furry mate. A BBQ is available for use and outdoor seating on the lawn. There is parking for a small boat and a car. The garage has been set up as a games room with a ping pong table and a dart board. Sunny Serenity is ready and waiting for family or friends to make the most of precious time together.
Whitianga is a popular holiday destination located on the Coromandel Peninsula it is the gateway to some amazing beaches and scenery whether you like to walk or drive to any surrounding villages. Wandering the shops is a good start and if you get a bit peckish head to one of many delightful eateries whether it's a pie and donut or a sit-down lunch with a cold beverage, there are plenty of options. Plenty to do for the kids as well with mini golf, movies, an awesome skatepark and a kids' playground. If you make your way to the wharf you can catch the passenger ferry to Ferry Landing and take a walk over to Front Beach. Tour boats also leave from the wharf which can show you around the area and stop off at Cathedral Cove Marine Reserve, watch the fish, go for a snorkel or take a cave tour. If fishing is your idea of a good time, there are plenty of Charters that can take you out. Or you can take a drive out to Hahei or Hot Water Beach and stop off at Cooks Beach along the way. There are wineries and breweries to stop off at to stretch your legs!
