Welcome to this 6 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Home w/ a 2 Car Garage & Amenities. This house is conveniently located in Echo Hills near New Market Square, Sedgwick County Park, and the Sedgwick County Zoo! Amenities at the property include a beautiful, spacious updated home with a fitness room, game room, washer/dryer and a kitchen with pots, pans, and other essentials! Local bookings must be approved in advance by the host. In compliance with applicable zoning codes, all guests who book with us at one of our properties have the right if they choose (for an additional fee) to stay at this or another property for a period of 7 days. Please contact the host for additional information and terms and conditions.

The Space:
This property is perfect for corporate guests, couples, and families.

You will be close to local restaurants and shopping at New Market Square! You will also be a close drive away from the Airport, Sedgwick County Park, and the world famous Sedgwick County Zoo!

Park your vehicle in 2 car garage attached to the property. Then take off your shoes, and be greeted by an updated and cozy living space. Relax and enjoy your favorite show on the large television in the living room!

The dining room includes a comfortable, modern dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and baking trays for your use and enjoyment!

All smart TV's allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite show, sports game, or movie! Cable service is not provided.

The basement features a fitness room with free weights, kettle bells, bands, yoga mats and a bench AND a game room for the kids!

Great stay in Wichita.

This house was perfect for our trip. We had plenty of room for all of the kids and adults (eleven in all). The pack and play was a nice extra for the baby in the group. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which is very nice. The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

Wonderful stay!

We spent the week before my son’s wedding at this house. It was clean and spacious and very comfortable. We felt right at home. It’s thoughtfully stocked throughout the home. We had fun with the games and it’s located for an easy trip to the zoo! We will definitely be back. The linens were well stocked for the bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable and had nice soft sheets. The home is beautifully decorated and not in an invasive way like some places are. Thank you for the quiet place to recharge between the days of wedding preparations!

Plenty of space

Our family met in Wichita as a central location for the holidays for family from Iowa and family in Texas. Plenty of rooms to choose from and lots of space to lounge. Loved our walks in the neighborhood. Great location

Family Gathering for a Wedding

We had an amazing time at this very clean and well maintained property. We had amble room for the family to stay together and allow us to all be under one roof for the first time in many years. The house was well stocked with amenities and ready for a large group to stay, We had a great time and the location was perfect for our wedding event we attended. The host was very responsive to any questions and helped to make our stay pleasant and memorable! I would recommend this property for any larger family events or visits to Wichita.

Wichita Weddingcation

We recently stayed here in for my nephew’s wedding, and it was the perfect choice for our family. The location was convenient for all our wedding events, and the property itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay. The living space was great for relaxing and enjoying family time. Felt Like Home

I really enjoyed this house. It is beautifully decorated; well stocked and very clean. Just the right amount of room so our family did not feel cramped at all. I love the manual with the instructions which made everything very clear. Taylor was very responsive with all of my questions too. Very satisfied with our stay in Kansas for my son’s graduation. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Not the best for the price

When we arrived, someone had shut the HVAC unit off so it was 50 degrees in the house. As the night went on, we quickly realized we were missing some key essentials. There was only ONE wash cloth in the entire house and no extra trash bags. Not that coffee is an essential, but there were only 3 pods for a 6 bedroom house and no creamer. I contacted the host about this and it was addressed immediately the next morning, but whoever brought the stuff to us, didn’t bring wash clothes, she brought hand towels so she had to go back to get them. There was no water filter system, such as a refillable filtered pitcher. The house was tidy but not CLEAN. There was a badly stained decorative pillow on the living room couch, a stain on one of the bed linens, and hair in two of the showers. One of the tub showers diverter was corroded bad enough that you couldn’t change it from shower to bath. The carpet had stains all over the stairs. I emailed the host about most of this and they had said they appreciate the feedback and blamed it on a new house cleaner. If I was a host and had a new house cleaner, I would make sure that the house is presentable and ready to go with a checklist in hand. The only reason I gave it a 2-star rating is because of how prompt the host was with responding, otherwise it would have been a 1-star. The house definitely isn’t worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Great Location

Great location to any grocery, retail, restaurant. Quiet neighborhood. House was great, one ask would be to have a traditional coffee maker for families. We had 8 adults + kids staying and did not feel like we were on top of each other.

Fantastic stay!

My family loved our stay at the property! The property is so clean and spacious and came at a great value. The owner was very friendly and stayed in touch throughout the process. The beds were comfortable and all the tech worked very well. Check-in was super easy. Outdoor areas looked great (could not use due to the freezing temperatures)!
