Host was responsive when we had issues during our stay. Well stocked pantry and games for the family. The house could use alot of TLC with some minor maintenance and a deep clean. Host didn’t want us to wash towels and washcloths but did not provide an adequate amount for the length of our stay and for the number of guests in our party.

The property looks as it is depicted on the site inside and out. It was clean, spacious and attractive. There was enough space to accomodate our group of 16 comfortably for the 4 night stay, as well as the ability to seat additional Holiday stoppers by. Everyone enjoyed the stay, agreeing that they would do it again in a heartbeat ! Much Thanks to hosts Marjorie and Jerry for touching base throughout, even making their personal phone numbers available.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The space was clean, spacious and well equipped for a large family gathering (pictures don’t do it justice). Our hosts were so amazing and flexible. They were beyond hospitable and absolutely made our stay in Wichita better than any other place we’ve been before. I look forward to booking with them again!

We enjoyed our stay as there was plenty of room for 7 adult women to hang out, sleep and eat breakfast each morning. We struggled with the heating a bit but after we contacted the owner, she came over and helped remedy the situation. The owner is very responsive with any concerns or questions. The house is older and has some quirks but if you are looking for a clean, large space for a home base during a trip to Wichita, I would recommend this home.

Massive house at great price

This house has a great layout with plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of space and lots of nice rooms for folks to gather. Towels were a little sparse and we ran out of garbage bags but there was a nice community pantry and a fully loaded kitchen.

Everything was in working order, so there was no need to contact the host. However, they did provide #'s to reach out to them just in case. A/C worked fine during our hot stay in Wichita. Beds were clean except for the pullout hide-a-bed in the primary suite. Bathrooms could use some more attention and maybe some updating. Mold & mildew in showers. Could have used more towels and washcloths, but understand that some places only leave 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes to use, but could have been organized a little better. A glass that was in the cabinet still had salt on the rim, so we felt we needed to clean everything before we used it. This place was not the best upkept, but was clean enough for our stay and accommodated the 10 guest we had. Neighborhood is not the best and occasionally airplanes fly low overhead, but it is close to grocery stores and mall. I want to leave an honest review, so future guests know what to expect. Overall, I give it 3 stars.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. Check in process was easy. The owners were very responsive and quickly answered any of my questions. We had plenty of room for everyone! There were a couple of closet doors and door to A/C or Hot water heater that was off. I contacted the owners to let them know, that's how it was when we arrived. It is a seasoned how, that has been beautifully decorated and updated. I'd stay here again.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and all of her family and bridesmaids were from another state so we needed a large place for all of us. This house was perfect! Awesome house in Wichita for a large family

Excellent VRBO. Very spacious interior and exterior. Very well maintained. The owners pay attention to detail leaving out little things like snack bowls. The beds were super comfy. AC worked great during a very hot week. Definitely would recommend for any family looking for an excellent place to stay.
