“Room was clean, beds comfortable. There were a few minor negatives, like a bare lamp bulb with no shade, and no other chair than the desk chair. Breakfast was excellent. I would have given 5 stars to this property, except that they advertised a restaurant and room service on their ad, and don’t have one. Also, twice I tried calling, and no one answered.”

“My door was jammed my whole stay. As a women I had to throw my body into the door for it to open. It was decent cleaning wise but could be better. Other than that the stay was quiet and peaceful.”

“We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area.”

“Very expensive for an outdated, no amenities and very limited breakfast bar with expired milk. Very good location and friendly staff. Room was not very clean. Had a broken tile on the bathroom floor. The elastic in the sheets was worn from being old and wouldn’t stay on the king-size bed. Not sure I would go back to this hotel.”

“The property is basically set up for weddings and large events and they don't have any considerations for hotels guests. The 2 nights that we stayed the restaurant and bar were closed due to a wedding and another event and no other place to eat or drink in the hotel not to mention the parties and music were loud and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is also waterfront and the seating area by the water were not available for hotels guest as well. If we would've known this at time of booking we...

“The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”
