âEtt underbart hotell i anslutning till vingĂ„rden och hĂ€rliga omgivningar. VĂ€nlig personal och förstklassig service. Det rum vi valt (Venetian suite) var precis sĂ„ fint som vi hoppades. Vi var dĂ€r under lĂ„gsĂ€song sĂ„ öppettider pĂ„ restaurang och bar var begrĂ€nsade, fullt förstĂ„eligt, dĂ„ vi var fĂ„ hotellet. Vi Ă„terkommer gĂ€rna och rekommenderar varmt!â

âGood location to historic area and Busch Gardens. Room spacious and clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but uncluded so no complaints. â

âThis is a super nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff was accommodating and efficient. Currently they are remodeling different areas of the property so the parking is reduced but that's just temporary. Wifi is reliable. Pool is clean. Air conditioner did an excellent job even with the extreme heat advisory. â
âVackert designade byggnader. Fint nyrenoverat rum, tyst luftkonditionering dom man lĂ€tt kunde ha pĂ„ nattetid, tre olika pooler och shuttle till stadskĂ€rnan. Det enda trĂ„kiga var att vi inte gick rummet vi hade bokat, utan ett enklare. Detta kompenserade hotellet genom att ge oss valfri tillgodo sĂ„som parkering/ frukost eller i vĂ„rt fall presentkort i hotellets affĂ€r. Detta debiterades tyvĂ€rr vĂ„rt resesĂ€llskaps rum. â

âUngefĂ€r som man kan förvĂ€nta sig av ett hotell i klassen. Trevlig personal och allt gick smidigt. Dock var bĂ€ddsoffan i vĂ„rt rum lokaliserad precis bredvid ytterdörren och pĂ„ grund av lyhördhet frĂ„n korridoren sĂ„ blev det svĂ„rt att sova pĂ„ den platsen. Frukosten var kanske i enklaste laget. â
âThis Property was perfect for my family and I. It was 3 teens and 2 adults it was more than enough space for us. The pool, was nice the game room was a little small and the games needed repairing. They were out of service.â

âFrom the first day, to the last day my experience with this hotel was everything I thought it would be and thatâs excellent from customer service, cleanliness of my room to the breakfast was perfect. The only fault I seen was the indoor pool had to much chlorine in the pool and I could not see the bottom it was too mercury. Beyond the pool everything else was superb and perfect. Would definitely come back to this location.â
âThe hotel is in a great area, staff were very quick and friendly with checking in. Driving was very easy for us to get to our destinations in a timely manner. You have hotels, shopping, dining, attractions and etc. very convenient for people new or visiting to the area. Only one small problem, we seen a few strands of hair but not enough to complain. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
