“The room was clean. This is my second time staying here and would book again in the future. The laundry needed cleaning, but other than that it was 100/10 stay. The check in process I had a hard time checking in. So I check in the front. Staff was overall ok”

“The property was very poorly kept and there was animal feces all outside on the back of the property the inside of the hallway smells like animal urine there was people banging doors and stomping throughout the whole stay they did not clean my room once the whole time I was there and I was there for 4 days”

“It's hits the bare minimum. It does hv a fridge, microwave and kind of a stove ( looked more like a hot plate situation) bed was decent. Light bulbs burned out in 2 places, nothing in the way kitchenware - bring your own everything. No shampoo etc. 1 bar of hand soap. Floors in common areas ( laminate were dirty sticky, it was like that the night I arrived and in the am when I left- had not been mopped!!! A/C worked well”

“great hotel, excellent location near everything. amenities are great. rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, 2 queens, pull out couch and a great bathroom. no complaints at all. my only grip is coffee on sunday. i came down 5 minutes after breakfast was over and just wanted coffee and they said they don't do coffee on the weekends. i would just ask for coffee available with the water all weekend. overall fantastic hotel, great little pool, really good hot tub, nice and hot with strong...

“The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again.”

“The breakfast was good. The coffee tasted very bitter. The room was a handicap accessible room. The made took the chair off on the bathtub and my mom could not take a shower for the lastnight. The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude. Two of the four nights my mom could not take a shower. They switched the room and made us wait until almost 430pm the next...
