âWhat stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge.
Pure comfort and luxury, if we didnât have plans I would have chilled in the room more, thatâs how nice the room was. â
âGreat time. Enjoyed a meal in the Rib room. Spa facilities were super and definitely great getting us ready for a wedding, also dealing with the consequences from the wedding. â
âItâs a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. Iâm not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.
Iâm being picky hoping Iâm being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. â

âThis is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.

"Bra hotell med bra personal. Vi hade problem med wifi i vÄrt och de försökte lösa det utan att lyckas, men vi löste det med ett rumsbyte. Hotellet Àr ju lita gammalt, men mysigt och charmigt. Bra lÀge mittemot jÀrnvÀgsstationen. "
