The Space:
You can spend an unforgettable vacation and enjoy your free time in the newly renovated and completely refurnished vacation apartment in Wiek on Rügen.

The beautiful maisonette apartment in the Rotdorn vacation home has a modern living room with dining area, a 50" Smart TV (satellite) and adjoining balcony with a view of the countryside, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and a bathroom with its own sauna.

The cozy bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a double bed (160x200), an additional single bed (80x200), blackout blinds, pleated blinds and a closet. For the combination of work and vacation, there is a home office corner in the hallway including a 24" monitor. Fast WLAN is included and can be used free of charge (100 Mbit).

A free private parking space and a private lockable shed for bicycles, sports and surfing equipment or baby carriages are available to you. In addition to the sunny balcony, you can also use a communal garden with a fire pit.

The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from the Bodden and a surf and kite spot and a 7-minute drive (20 minutes by bike) from the fine Juliusruh Baltic Sea beach, making it an ideal starting point for activities.

Haus Rotdorn is a detached vacation home with plenty of space in a cozy mixed residential/holiday area with detached houses and a nearby playground - away from the hustle and bustle, traffic and tourist crowds in the countryside.

Guest Access:
The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults (or 5 individuals in total).

The Neighborhood:
There is a free parking lot at your disposal. You also have the option of using a lockable, private storage room directly at the parking lot. This offers enough space for bicycles and water sports equipment.
The Eisvogel vacation apartment is also particularly suitable for longer stays, e.g. for home office + relaxation. It has two desks suitable as workstations in separate rooms, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna. The direct proximity to the surf and kite spot makes the option of longer stays particularly attractive for water sports enthusiasts with home office-compatible jobs.

Getting Around:
The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from the Bodden beach and a surf spot, and a 7-minute drive (20 minutes by bike) from the fine Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh, making it an ideal starting point for activities.

Wiek is 7 km from the Juliusruh Baltic Sea beach, 13 km from Cape Arkona, 40 km from Bergen, 32 km from Sassnitz, 42 km from Binz and 50 km from Putbus.
Great activities worth seeing nearby are:
