Familjehotell i Wien

“Vi checkade in på kvällen, då kändes hotellet lite tveksamt. Ingen personal hade arbetskläder på sig och informationen vi fick var minimal. Men dagen därpå fick vi en bättre bild av hotellet och allt kändes bra. Typisk Best Western frukost som var väldigt bra. Fanns olika varma rätter varje dag. Våfflor, frukt, bröd, flingor. Poolen vsr fantastisk! Den var ren och det fanns alltid lediga solstolar. Enda negativa är att poolen öppnar kl 12 på dagen. Rummet med king säng och bäddasoffa bar hyfsat...

“Everything was nice about this hotel. Their breakfast is pretty nice as well. Room is clean, smells good, the room is big as well. Bathroom is great. Having a couch in the room was nice but having a chair as well would’ve been nicer. The chair is not a deal breaker just something they can add to the room for the future if possible. I would stay here again.”

“Room and hotel perfectly OK. Very noisy between rooms though - had a kid (not baby) scream all night. Good breakfast but missed dark roast coffee. Very remote. ”

“We booked a room for five. We got a double bed and a bed sofa without any blankets and pillows. I asked the front desk how this could be a five bed room. She call and the staff brought us one more bed. I would expect a Hilton hotel to provide the bed without us asking as well as making the bed. We think that the double bed had old sheets (see the picture) and the ventilation was very dirty. I think this hotel could do much better. The breakfast is good but is as often in the US lacking...
