“The property is well situated, very clean, with helpful staff, and free onsite parking. There is a tasty breakfast buffet which was included in the hotel rate and a good dinner menu available. Each breakfast table had white table cloths which were changed with each seating.
The hotel is going through a renewal phase, but this did not impact the service.
There is a bar and cafe onsite, with a nice lobby.
I was very appreciative as the hotel accommodated our early check in at 1pm.”
“Hotel was quite dated it needs a freshen up. The restaurant was closed only offering small selection of meals from the bar. Breakfast was still not ready and being brought out at 7.30 when it opened at 7. Long wait to checkin only one person at the desk others walked by and saw a queue but continued walking. Very unprofessional. ”
“Everything was very nice and clean in a good central area in Galway. The only issue was that there was no AC in the room so it was very hot while I stayed there. Otherwise very nice.”
