“I left a shawl in the room… because it was not in my luggage. When I called the hotel they said they didn’t find anything. Which I find hard to believe. But your front desk and morning lady that prepared breakfast was very friendly!”

“Gorgeous clean hotel, right near the zoo and other places. Our room was spacious and perfectly provided what we needed for a long weekend in Little Rock. Full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and sink in kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious as well, with a walk in shower. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion were all provided and were very nice when we used them. Texts were exchanged with us to check in on us if we needed anything. Will stay again if visiting the city!”

“The rooms need a clean update and new paint. You can tell that deep cleaning is not done often. We had to switch rooms because they initially gave us a room where the shower curtain smelled like mildew and the comforter on the bed had a lot of stains on it. Even in the new room, the comforter seat on the bed had a lot of stains in the bed did not look clean. Also, the individual who checked us in was not friendly at all. “Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...
