Spacious 2-level beach block condo in a prime location in Wildwood has over 1900 sqft, sleeps up to12 w/ an inviting open floor plan. There are a total of 4 Bedrooms / 3 Baths. 3 bds and 2 baths upstairs plus an extra suite downstairs, sleeper sectional, formal dinning with seating for 8, 2 bath, and kitchenette. Boardwalk views from the south facing front balcony. Less than 1 min walk to boardwalk; 1 blocks from Morey Surfside Pier. Free fireworks displayed every Friday night throughout the summer season.

The space
Family oriented rental requiring 25+ to rent. 7 day - Saturday to Saturday rentals from June to August only.

Off-season rental days of the week can vary. No weekend rentals in the summer.

Leave your cars behind and walk to the attractions on the boards. Parking for 2 in garage and 1 in driveway. Garage will fit 1 large SUV, and a small compact or 2 mid-size cars.

This condo is perfect for 2 families to share the week with. It will sleep 12.

Master Bedroom with private bath. Queen bed, night stand, long dresser, 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet.

Bedroom 2 - Twin over Full Bunkbeds and pull out trundle for maximum configuration for kids. 32" Smart TV, night stand, long dresser, and closet. You can also bring your Wii, Playstation and hook it up to TV in kids room for rainy days.

Bedroom 3 - Twin over Full Bunkbeds and pull out trundle for maximum configuration for kids. 32" Smart TV, night stand, and closet.

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, 43" Smart TV, night stand, and closet.

Living room - 58" Smart TV, sectional with pull out bed, coffee table, two end tables, ceiling fan and Information book on area events, concerts, restaurants etc

Kitchen with counter sitting for 3 - Service for 12 dishes, cups, eating utensils. Various size cooking utensils, pots, pans, bowls, platters, wine glasses, blender, keurig, Frig with ice maker, toaster, blender, etc.

Dining room - Large family oriented table and 8 chairs plua kinette area with small fridge and microwave.

Balcony Deck area - With patio furniture seats 4.

Three Full Bathrooms - One in hallway, One in master bedroom, and one in the first floor .

Garage - fits 2 cars and 1 in driveway. Street parking is metered

We do not supply linens or towels...If interested you can rent them or bring your own. (You would need 4 twins, 2 full, 2 queens, beach towels and bath towels)

Labor Day Weekend

We decided to travel a few days before check in and was surprised to find a condo close to everything and with two parking spaces.We visit Wildwood 3 times a year and this was one of the nicer properties we have stayed in. Its close enough to the boardwalk to watch the fireworks from the balcony, has a nice layout and plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We took one star off because it has a bit of wear and tear, did not have TV's in the 2 bunk rooms and the 2 bbq's had empty propane tanks. These were very minor issues. We will definitively come back next year and book both units.

Memorial day weekend

House is great and in a fantastic location. Although floors were very dirty all around. Cannot walk around with no shoes on or your feet will turn black. And the house has a strong smell of cigarettes or cigars. Overall had a good time besides the sticky feeling of house and dirty floors.

Great location to the beach and boardwalk. House is nice, could use some TLC! The cleaning of the property is awful and needs to be worked on. Not even 5 mins of my nephew crawling around on the floor and his knees and feet were black!

Disappointed; dirty

The place looks like the photos but is very dirty. When we arrived, the house smelled like dirty mop, there was a dirty rag left in the sink, one of the showers had sand in the bottom. The baseboards were caked with dirt/dust. The counters still had food caked on, the floors had crumbs and so dirty the kids feet were black. I guess this is my fault for not saying something to the owner until the end of the week. He was nice enough to let us in early but later claimed that because I asked to enter early, the cleaning crew must have been rushed. (I messaged him asking if we could get in sooner if they were finished. He told me he would check with the cleaners and 15 minutes later messaged me that the condo was available and to feel free to check in. ) The internet is spotty at best. My college daughter had to use my hot spot to complete her assignments for the week. There was not enough silverware for 8 of us. Keep that in mind if you stay there. Serving is for 7 but house sleeps 10. The washer smelled awful and had what looked like rust in the door/gasket area. We could not do wash. (Good thing because the gas was shut off and dryer wouldn’t have worked.) Juan did get back to me as soon as I said we had no hot water (Wednesday AM), and tried to get a plumber out to us. We finally got a plumber Thursday at noon, turned out the gas company had turned off the gas due to no payment, (owner claims it was a case of mistaken account). Long story short, we had cold showers for 3 days until the gas was turned back in. While Juan was very communicative and did apologize and try to get things taken care of , we were still responsible for being at the house for the plumber and gas person. Juan did give me a $300 refund..I strongly feel it should have been more. If a clean house is not priority, than it’s a good place and location.

We had a wonderful time.

The whole family had a great time. The cleaning crew did a great job and were gone from the premises by 2:30, allowing us early access to the house. We had brought our own bed linens, but it was very thoughful of the owner to supply them himself. Thank you, too, for the complimentary NetFlix and Amazon Prime TV. Would definitely recommend this property, and it's less than 2 blocks from the boardwalk. And thank you, Juan, for being so responsive to my text and email messages.

Perfect location - Fantastic property owner

The condo fit our needs perfectly. We had 7 kids 3 adults. The “adult” bedrooms had lovely furnishings & mounted TVs. Kids loved the bunk beds. Living room / dining area was huge and the couch fit everyone for movie night. You can see the boardwalk from the balcony. Great for young families to have a short walk. The neighborhood was quiet, safe & neighbors were helpful and friendly. Carlos was a wonderful host. We were able to text him with any needs & he replied promptly. We only had an internet issue and he fixed it immediately. My only negative was the cleaning. The owner uses an outside cleaning crew so he may be unaware but the floors were not clean. It’s a beach house so we expected some sand but the floors were black & grimy. All our socks were black the first night. I cleaned the floors for us. We were so impressed by the owner helping out with internet I forgot to mention to check on his cleaners thoroughness. That would be our only negative - to check on the cleaning company doing a better job. This was a perfect family vacation. My sister and I finally got all our kids together. Wonderful memories! We plan to come back next year! Thanks Carlos we had an amazing time!

Summer fun by the Shore

We had a great time at this property! We were a short walk from the beaches and boardwalk and had the perfect view for the Friday night fireworks right from our balcony! The check in process was extremely easy and the property is beautiful!

Fantastic space, wonderful location

The rental unit was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, well stocked, and a block from the boardwalk (no exaggeration, one block). It was perfect! We had a rainy day or two, and the 5 kids and 4 adults, were able to stay inside but not be on top of each other. But when family movie came on, we were all comfy on the couch in front of the brand new TV. We had a couple questions for the owner, who responded very quickly and was really invested in our enjoyment of the space. Could not have had a better experience!
