Charming and spacious three-bed, three-bath brand new house in The Villages

Enjoy your stay in one of America's most vibrant communities, The Villages, at this stylish and modern three-bedroom home, located in The Village of Well Point. This newly built house is the perfect home away from home, with everything you'll need to relax and unwind after a busy day of adventure in Central Florida!
Up to six guests will be able to sleep in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in the third bedroom.
The home has four TVs — one in the living room and three in each bedroom — with internet connectivity, including access to Netflix and Hulu. The dwelling is also stacked with new appliances, including a pellet grill located on the back patio, where you and your guests can relax in the screened lanai.
We also have a gas-operated golf cart.
With the purchase of a temporary Resident ID, you and your guests can enjoy the mind-blowing number of recreational opportunities The Villages offers, including nearly 50 famed golf courses. The home is just a short jaunt down the road from the Well Point Rec Center, where there is a family pool, courts for tennis and pickle ball and more activities. And you're just a short car — or golf cart — ride away from the community's lively town centers, home to a plethora of shops, restaurants and nightly live entertainment.
The Villages is the perfect launching grounds for your vacation, located near popular tourist destinations such as Disney World and Daytona Beach.

Golf cart is included in the price, but we are not responsible if the equipment breaks down. In that event, guests will have to rent their own cart.

Robert was easy to work with and replied to messages promptly. The house was spacious and clean. The golf cart was an added bonus - it fits 2, comfortably. There are two queen beds and a king bed. The couch is also big enough to sleep on if needed. The nearby Eastport area was a great place for our kids to play soccer and pickleball in the evening. Next time we come, we will try the rock climbing wall!

A Little Bit of Heaven

This property is well in The Villages is Disney World for adults. Everyday is a Saturday there's more to do than what you can imagine. This property doesn't fall short of the same category. It was clean very nice and had all the amenities close by. I would stay there again.

This house was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable, the living areas spacious and the amenities not lacking. We didn't take advantage of the golf cart or pool but they were offered. When we are in the area again, we hope to reserve this place.

Amazing Home don't pass it up!

Our stay was for 1 week to visit with my Parents that live in the Villages and get some much-needed sun at the end of a long winter. This House was perfect, the pictures don't really do it justice. This wonderful house is new clean and fresh with plenty of everything you will need during your stay. The use of a golf cart was an extra bonus in the past we have had to find a rental which can be difficult dealing with the logistics of pick up and return. A stay in the Villages without a golf cart just does not give you the full experience. Check in and out was super easy with Robert. If you are considering this house STOP looking and book it. You will not have any regrets! This property is in a new Village that is still being developed so there is not a crazy amount of traffic yet. It is mostly construction traffic during the day however noting that will bother you. The amenity's in the area are very nice I highly recommend the putting course at Sawgrass Square about a 10-minute cart ride away just take your own putter and ball. The nightly entertainment at Sawgrass was very popular as well. If you have kids, the family pool at the Aviary recreation center is about 5 min by car or a fun 15 min ride by golf cart. Laura & Chad

Vacation with family

Mr Bogart was a wonderful host. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and provided detailed information about the rental. His house was very clean, organized and all around wonderful place to stay. My wife and I used this rental property as a benchmark while looking for our own house to buy in the villages. When in need, I would definitely look to renting his property again in the near future.

Family reunited

My wife and I had our 2 grown daughters meet us here. This house is perfect for a family or even 2 couples. Robert’s house had everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal to get to Brownwood and Lake Sumpter, as well as beyond when using the best golf cart we have had the opportunity to use. The back lanai was ideal to get out of the sun and relax. We will most definitely try and rent this house again when coming to visit our daughters

We had some friends come to visit and the house was perfect for them. Clean with plenty of room. Although our friends didn't use the golf cart and bicycles it was great to know they were available. Owner responded quickly to messages. Would definitely rent again.

Clean, beautiful home

My family and I stayed at this home while on a trip to central Florida and the property exceeded our expectations. First off, the house is just beautiful. Secondly, it was immaculantly clean. Great location, and the neighbors were all very friendly in the neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything we needed. Will definetly stay there next time we go to Florida, if available.
