  • Denna 1500 kvadratmeter lägenhet är fullt möblerade med allt från sängkläder till krukor / kokkärl och har allt du, dina vänner och familj behöver njuta av i en vecka i vackra Wildwood, NJ. Inget behov av att köra någonstans eftersom det finns tre privata parkeringsplatser (två i garage och en utomhus) och vår lägenhet ligger två kvarter från strandpromenaden. The condo är också lika avstånd från antingen Morey eller Surfside Pier så att du kan välja. Vänligen meddela oss med eventuella frågor du kan ha.

    Inga husdjur. Placera alla begagnade handdukar och sängkläder på köksgolvet strax utanför tvättstugan före avgång. Rökning förbjuden inuti och håll gömdörren stängd om du väljer att röka på balkongen - använd den medföljande askfacket. Skräp och återvinning måste sättas ner till de angivna lagerplatserna i garaget före avgång. Vänligen lämna det så rent som du hittade det. Behandla det som ditt hem ... med samma kärleksvård.

Fun week in Wildwood

My husband and I stayed with our adult children and six year old granddaughter. The condo was nice. We would stay there again.

Nice Place - Convenient

Anthony’s condo is well-maintained, comfortable, and convenient to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. The description of the property is accurate. Check in and check out process was smooth. Would stay there again!

Deceiving pictures

Terrible drainage issues in the main bathroom. Lack of deck furniture. Large condo or hotel across the street which was very loud at times. Condo was very clean. Some furniture was very unstable.

Expected a little more

Arrived at the property, the property was clean. I stayed in the master bedroom. The ceiling light/fan must have been controlled by a remote control because neither of them worked. The master bathroom shower was a little tight. A lot of the window and door blinds where broken and missing slats. Cable tv was only in the living room with very limited stations. Most of the remotes had no batteries (had to go out and purchase batteries). Besides these items, our stay was good. It had a full kitchen which everything worked. The A/C worked great. The garage was tight but easily usable. Over all it was a nice place, just needs to be maintained or serviced a little better.

Looks are deceiving

The night before we were to arrive, they told us that the secured garage needed to be fix. We were reassured quickly. That didn't happen. We had to park one vehicle close to the garage door so our belongings inside would be secured. Then, the master bedroom didn’t have any lights. The owner ordered bulbs that arrived on our 4th day that we had to install ourselves. Turned out the bulbs were only nightlight ones, so still hardly any lights. The screen door to the deck was ripped and wasn’t usable. We also discovered that the washer hadn’t been cleaned which seemed to be a very long time. Liquid soap was caked on the outside of the washer and the inside was worse. Unfortunately I could go on. When you have your grandchildren comment on how bad the place was, it hits a tender spot. We did love the closeness to the boardwalk and other attractions.

Few concerns, but overall good stay

Overall good stay. The garage door was working upon arrival but we could tell there was a prior issue where it was a quick fix to one of the metal pieces. Halfway through the trip the metal piece broke off, thankfully our car was not inside or it probably would have damaged the car. When we contacted the owners we didn’t get a response until about 36 hours later, in which case it was not going to be fixed until after we left. We were able to open the garage manually, however the door would not lock therefore we felt a little concerned with all our beach stuff ( wagons and stroller) left there for days unlocked. The thermostat also had a lock on it that would not allow you to go below 72, not 67 as stated and there were also preset temperatures that were set at certain times of the day. Besides those two concerns overall decent place and nice proximity to the beach and boardwalk

Shore stay

We were in town for TROG and the location was close to the boardwalk and just a couple blocks north of moreys pier. All in the condo was as expected. Would stay again

Great location

The property is good but kind of basic no frills. Pretty limited furniture inside. Almost nothing on patio. Great location and proximity to beach and boardwalk. This is the area we wanted to be so all around good. Would be nice to have a beach cart/ chairs included like other properties we’ve stayed at.

Property Needs some TLC

Overall, the property was spacious, comfortable, & conveniently located. However, we found a series of items that disappointed us & ultimately prompted us to contact the owner. The entrance did not close securely and made it difficult to lock with the keypad- it took multiple attempts to lock. Vertical blinds had multiple missing & broken slats, the balcony had only 1 chair (the other was broken & in the garage), the cable tv had minimal free channels while the remote for the firestick for master bedroom was missing. The former renters trash was left in the garage, not disposed and smelled badly. We also had water running thru the bathroom fan above toilet. Fortunately it only happened once. We did share our concerns with the owner & he seemed genuine in his concern but in the end, nothing was done. Overall this unit needs a bit more in-season attention & TLC than it is getting.

Perfect for my family of 5

Anthony and Samantha were very responsive throughout the week, promptly responding to any concerns or questions we had. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the size was perfect for accommodating our three children - giving them enough room to spread out and have their own space. The kitchen was adequately stocked to cook and serve dinner for 10, and the living area was large enough so that I was able to host for an evening extended family also vacationing in WW. Location was a little loud, given close proximity to the boardwalk. Parking was adequate but tight for our full-sized truck. All-in-all the condo had the right amenities for our family at a good value. Thank you.

Overall was a great place at a very good price. Recently updated, very clean, great location (bars and food). TV was a little messed up (lines across it). And if you advertise a cable package, one expects to at least get ESPN. Hitting you up for a $150 cleaning fee at the end of the transaction is a bit excessive. Should have been half that for the size of the place.

Loved it!

I came down with my family and stayed for three nights. The condo was extremely clean! All three bedrooms had comfortable beds, which is a huge plus. Also it was in the perfect location. About 2.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Wildwood.
