We are sorry that you did not see the checkout time when you booked but it was explained to you upon arrival prior to check in. When you arrived, your room was most definitely ready. We were trying to give you the best room possible as the one you were booked in originally had recently had complaints about the bed. We discussed that with you while only waiting to confirm the new room was infact rentable as it was not your original room, and you seemed very happy that we were able to give you another room with a better bed.
