Our apartment features a spacious layout with brand-new flooring, clean modern finishes, and plenty of natural light.

Living Area: Relax on the sleek leather sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV. Features a modern glass coffee table and an open, inviting layout.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: A massive, full-size kitchen featuring beautiful wood cabinetry, a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Complete with a 4-person dining table perfect for group meals or remote work.

Bedroom 1: A serene, light-blue oasis featuring a comfortable Queen-size bed, pristine linens, a large dresser with a vanity mirror, and plenty of clothing storage.

Bedroom 2 (The Bunk Room): Ideal for kids or extra guests, featuring a sturdy Twin-over-Full metal bunk bed maximizing sleeping space without sacrificing comfort.

Bathroom: Clean and bright full bathroom featuring a large vanity with ample storage, a well-lit mirror, and a spacious walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.

Please note: there is NO HEAT at the property, but we do have hot water and window A/C

Please be advised that we do not have a washer/dryer in the unit.

We provide one parking spot with your reservation. Please be advised that large trucks cannot park in the lot behind the building due to space limitations. However, there is plenty of street parking for your truck just on the next block!
Important Property Rules & Fees:

No Parties Allowed: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited at the property. In the event that a party is held, a penalty fee of $500 will be applied.

Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is absolutely forbidden inside or on the property. Violators will be subject to a $500 cleaning and remediation fee.

We are happy to host up to 2 dogs (under 80 lbs each, fighting breeds are not accepted) for an additional fee of $50 per dog.

We have cameras in front of your unit door, at the parking, and behind the building.
