The private 3rd floor offers 2 bedrooms (one w/queen bed, the other w/2 full beds each w/a trundle mattress sleeping 1). The 3rd floor bathroom is a large Jack & Jill design with double sinks and access from each of the 2 bedrooms. Other amenities include two baby/toddler Pack ‘N Plays, large grill on the ground level, private outdoor shower with H/C water, and two beach carts with toys/games. One-car garage with 1 off-street space, in addition to possible street parking (no meters).
