  • Beautiful, newly decorated condo. Leave your keys and walk to the beach and boardwalk to enjoy the sea life.
    This entire complex and unit has been freshly refinished and painted. 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is centrally located in Wildwood. Once on the boardwalk you are located between Mariners Landing and the Morey's Pier, with rides, games and waterparks waiting for you.
    Our unit features wall air conditioning, cable, internet, coin-op washer/dryer on premises, common pool and pool/grill area. One parking spot is included for your vehicle. This unit is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Book now while its still available. No Smoking and No Pets allowed.
    For your families safety, common areas are monitored by cctv.

We had such a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy. The location is perfect so close to the boardwalk, which made everything very convenient. Communication with the homeowner was also excellent and very smooth from beginning to end. One thing I really appreciated was having a laundromat on site. It was so convenient to wash our clothes before leaving and not have to come home from vacation with a huge pile of laundry. The pool was very nice. It is on the smaller side, but it was comfortable, relaxing, and felt very private, which we really enjoyed. The condo also has plenty of appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Having a full stove and oven was especially convenient, and the outdoor grills were very clean and easy to use. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back next summer. This place is truly a hidden gem in Wildwood, and we’re so happy we found it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The people at the condo were great as well as how close the condo is in proximity to the boardwalk! It’s wonderful how close it is to Morey’s pier, I took my kids to Morey’s and was able to stay out late with them and didn’t even have to drive as the condo is just a short walk from 2 of the 3 piers, and the 3rd pier is close as well! If you like to spend time a mariners arcade it is also a very short walk to there, I had a great time with my family! Thanks again!

The trash was still in the can from either the cleaners or the previous renters. The faucet in the shower doesn’t work properly, I had to keep rigging the faucet so we could shower, the sponge & towel in the kitchen area smelt old & moldy. The unit was uncomfortably hot.

A wonderful and cozy place close to the beach

The condo is very cozy, it felt like a second home. So comfortable and close to the beach and the boardwalk. A great place for families with kids! Also, only 30 minutes from Cape May, another beautiful place to visit.

My sister, niece and I stayed for 3 nights and loved the place. It was exactly what we needed - really close to the beach and boardwalk, with a pool. The designated parking spot is a real bonus, and very close to the room. The apartment had everything we needed, including a very well stocked kitchen! The place was nice and quiet from night time traffic and noise including the other residents. Thank you Micheal and Joanna for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It's an excellent location for access to beach and boardwalk. Parking is conveniently located under the building. The pool size is more appropriate for children than adults but that worked well for our daughter. Manager left us a bottle of wine and a card at the beginning of our stay which is a nice touch. Not a huge place but that's okay if you are going to be out and about a lot.

Perfect location

The location was perfect. Just a quick walk to the boardwalk and so many other things around. The condo was clean, the host was nice enough to allow us to check-in a little early and replied quick to any messages. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and would stay here again myself.

Fabulous getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was as described and the check in process was very easy. The communication with the host was wonderful and they got back to us with any questions in a quick manner. The location was walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean and absolutely lovely. We would definitely go back and stay in the future.

Great location

This unit was at a great location. It was about 1 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Quiet condo building. Small pool but it worked out great as it seemed different units used the pool at different times independently. The unit had its own parking spot as well. Great communication with owners and ease of check in.

Property was perfect but the Vrbo app was a problem

The property worked great for our family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed. Water pressure was great and having the parking right under the building was a huge bonus. The beds had been advertised as queens but were actually fulls which was annoying because i biught the weonf size sheets. My complaint has to do with vrbo itself. After i booked our stay i couldnt find any information about it anywhere on the app or website. Vrbo would send me emails about messages i had been sent by the host but when i logged it they didnt exist nor could i go back and find the listing to double check if we needed to bring our own linens or other restrictions. I had sent a message through the app to the host with questions but jever got answers which i assume had to do with failings on vrbos part. We were 3 hours from home before i got vrbo on the phone to send me the messages the host had sent which included a reminder to bring linens which i then had to purchase on the way to the booking. Overall would give the host and rooms a 4.5 but i dont think i will be using vrbo to book again.

Property is 10 times smaller than it looks online. pool is a lot smaller than it looks. And they put a padlock on the pools at 8 PM so you can’t swim after a day at the boardwalk at night time with the kids . But as you look around every other single property pool is still open with people swimming. There is only one washer and dryer for the whole entire facility. So trying to get a chance to use the washer wad hard and you have to download an app to even be able to use the washer and dryer. The pullout couch in the living room was the most uncomfortable thing that people ever had to sleep on. They ended up sleeping on the floor instead . Super dirty behind the dressers and on the side of the stove toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush half the time. Until you jiggled the handle didn’t get our check in information till four hours before we were supposed to be there so we didn’t know that it didn’t come with any towels or sheets so we had to go to the store to buy them. The people that own the condos there are very judgmental and always complaining about something that anyone that doesn’t own a property there is doing. I have used Vrbo for all my vacations. And this place was by far the worst one.
