“The staff at this hotel is what made this place great. Front desk check in was super friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff in the morning went out of their way to say good morning. The breakfast was basic, but the lady prepping it was also super nice and making sure the place looked clean and inviting. ”

“Love this place, 3rd time staying here. Got a room with en-suite bathroom this time, well worth the extra money. Lots of old world charm, located in the heart of downtown, near restaurants and shopping. Came with a delicious breakfast! Will stay here every time I’m in town.”

“Person in charge was so dismissive, abusive and I would say discriminatory, that I asked him to cancel my reservation; he said he would after being also so kind to offer to call the police “because of my attitude”.”

“The room was very comfortable and neat. We would absolutely stay here again if heading north or visiting Portland.”

“The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind.”

“Room was very quiet even though very close to flight path of landing planes. Proximity to connecting freeways was very good.”

“The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. ”

“This is not a typical hotel, as it has a very hipster feel to it - even a billiards table in the lobby that you can play for free. Breakfast was pretty standard, but I appreciated that there were a lot of condiments to add to both yogurt and oatmeal. I’m not a pancake person, but the pancakes looked good and they were fruit toppings for them. Fitness Center had a good variety of weights and balls, even a Peleton. Provided water bottles on arrival.”
